No. Providers keep control of their properties, operations, availability and guests. We source and qualify requirements and support the commercial and booking process.
Which rooms can providers include?
Providers decide which rooms or units they make available and when. This can include seasonal availability, short-term gaps, quieter periods or inventory suitable for group and extended-stay bookings.
Who are the guests?
People travelling as part of an organised stay: contractors and project teams, production crews, sports groups, education programmes, corporate groups and other organised groups. Bookings are made through the organisation.
How does the commercial arrangement work?
Commercial terms are agreed depending on the provider and the opportunity. There is no fixed fee or commission structure.
